MFL
At Beaulieu Village Primary School we learn French, our planning is based on the Kapow scheme of work which covers all the components of the Programme of Study in the National Curriculum. We encourage children’s confidence; we strive to stimulate and encourage children’s curiosity about language. We strive to stimulate and encourage children’s curiosity about language. We strive to embed the skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing necessary to enable children to use and apply their French learning in a variety of contexts and lay the foundations for future language learning.
Our intention of our MFL curriculum is to enable our children to acquire the knowledge and skills to prepare them to be global citizens now and in their future roles within a global community.
